Are you ready to build a simple, sustainable business that feels like home?
Welcome to the corner of the internet where we focus on bringing your humanity to the forefront of your work.

Hi, I’m Jenni Gritters!
I’m a business strategist and coach for solopreneurs seeking simplicity and stability. I’m also a writer and a mom of two living in the woods of Central Oregon, and I run a content agency for emerging thought leaders.
But before all this, I spent a decade+ working as a journalist and have been published in many of the biggest name publications, like the New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal and Forbes. After many years spent trying to fit the mold, the truth was tough to embrace: I wasn’t happy in that career.
After launching a popular podcast called The Writers’ Co-op, I realized that my heart was actually in teaching. I care deeply about helping solopreneurs find satisfaction in their work, so they can make the art they love and help the people they care about while also making good money and feeling authentically expressed.
Coaching with me is, truthfully, a bit different. We’ll work on your branding, systems, financial strategies, marketing pipeline and service design — but we’ll also spend time on the inner-work, too. Because the truth is that you need both to find sustainable success.
If you want to build a business that doesn’t burn you out: Welcome home.
“Working with Jenni and a supportive coaching group helped me unlock the next level of my business. I was feeling anxious about my finances, struggling with some client relationships, and didn’t have the time or energy to make any impactful changes. Jenni’s insightfulness helped me realize that I had maxed out the potential of my current structure, and she helped me lay out of a plan to make an easeful transition into a higher paying and better balanced future for my business.
Jenni’s ability to balance ambitious goals with mindful living is a philosophy that I will take with me far beyond these coaching sessions.”

You are multi-passionate, ambitious, artistic, mission-driven and obsessed with freedom.
Your brain is spicy. Your ideas are big (and sometimes overwhelming). You don’t do well with rigidity and schedules. And that’s why you need to build something unique.
You’re not like everyone else, so why should your business be?
“Jenni is a business coach who masters the balance of strategy and progress, while supporting mindset. She helped me launch my consulting business while keeping me grounded and focused on self care, and being in tune with the "why". I have grown immensely as an entrepreneur working one on one with Jenni. She is truly more than a business coach and will support you in your journey with passion, intelligence and heart.”

What it’s like to work with Jenni:
“Coaching with Jenni has been one of the most tangible factors in taking my career as a freelancer from chaotic and reactive to calmer and controlled.”
“Jenni takes an affirming, sympathetic tone that really makes you feel understood—which is something that can be hard to find when you're a freelancer working on your own—but isn't afraid to challenge or question the limiting beliefs that can hold you back.”
Alexandra Jones, Writer & Author
“Booking a business audit with Jenni has now become an annual, and essential, part of the way I run my business.
“Jenni uses a thoughtful structure for these conversations that still gives plenty of freedom and flexibility to brainstorm and reflect, and I always come away feeling proud of what I've accomplished, and inspired about the next steps I'd like to take in my work life. It's an incredibly empowering, positive session, and a great investment in my professional development and happiness.”
Anna Maltby Patil, Content strategist & Exercise specialist
“Jenni helped me to double the size of my freelance writing business and then double it again a year later.”
“Her calm, mindful, and smart questions guided me as I clarified my values and goals, then crafted my business plan. She's helped me to stop hustling, and create boundaries around spending time with my child and taking care of my health, all while I grew my business exponentially. The investment of working with her for private sessions will come back to you over and over."
