Hi, I’m Jenni! I design new ways of working and being.

I’m a visionary founder, creative, author, coach, oracle and teacher for leaders building what’s next. I’m often called a “practical visionary.”

I bring together the psychic perception of a seer with the systems knowledge of an architect to help you see what’s possible in your life and work — and then we build that new vision in a way that actually lasts for you, long-term. My work lives at the intersection of strategy, visibility, wealth, and human capacity, and I’m very obsessed with supporting you in growing your impact without losing yourself.

In 2025, I published my first book, The Sustainable Solopreneur. In 2026, I began designing World Builders — an ecosystem for entrepreneurs and creatives who are building us into the future. I’m also currently working on a second book about building ethical wealth and visibility in times like these.

But I didn’t arrive here in a straight line.

If you had met me a decade ago, you would have ENCOUNTERED a very different versioN.

I was a journalist, working long hours as an editor covering politics and activism — often pulling 12-hour days on a laptop. I was driven, ambitious, and deeply committed to my work. I was also living with chronic pain, near-constant insomnia, and a nervous system that never truly felt at rest.

Like many high-achieving people, I believed the path forward was simple: work harder, prove myself, keep going.

Until that approach completely stopped working. First, I started to realize I didn’t want my boss’s job, ever. Then, in 2018, I was laid off from my role at a major media company. After a series of interviews, I realized something I couldn’t ignore: I couldn’t return to that version of work without sacrificing my health.

So I tried something different.

I started my own writing and editing business back in 2018 as an experiment.

Within a year, I had replaced — and nearly doubled — my previous salary. When I wrote about my first six-figure year, the piece went viral. From the outside, it looked like a clear success story.

And in many ways, it was. But as my life changed, my needs shifted as well.

Since then, I’ve allowed myself to evolve with my family structure and my own well-being. I’ve built and operated five businesses across coaching, content, and community spaces — generating close to 2 million dollars in revenue to date. I co-founded and later exited a media company, ran a content and community-building agency, and developed coaching and education programs for solopreneurs and leaders.

My work has been featured in publications like The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Guardian, and The Washington Post. I’ve partnered with organizations like REI, Avocado, and the University of Washington. I’ve helped emerging thought leaders build platforms rooted in resonance, not performance.

And still, something deeper was asking to be addressed. Because the real shift I needed to make – the thing that would actually keep me safe and well long-term – wasn’t about income. It was about how my life felt.

Over time, I began to understand that the “standard” ways of building a business weren’t designed to support the people inside them.

I had lived the burnout. The anxiety. The overextension that no amount of success could resolve.

And as I coached more and more business owners, I realized I couldn’t encourage a culture of urgency, optimization, and constant output.

So in 2023, I began to rebuild — not just my business, but my relationship to work, to money, to visibility, and to myself. Drawing on my background in psychology, journalism, coaching, and somatic practices, I developed an approach that integrates:

  • deep self-awareness and pattern recognition

  • intuitive and creative intelligence

  • strategic, systems-level thinking

  • and a focus on sustainability, capacity, and long-term design

This is the work I do now.

Today, I support visionary leaders, creatives, and entrepreneurs who are building something meaningful — and who need their work to evolve with them.

First, I bring my psychic sense into the room. I’m able to see where you’re going far before you are – the fullest potential of your work is obvious to me. Then, I coach that future self, which allows you to time hop in an incredible way.

With that perspective in mind, we look at:

  • your business model

  • your visibility and voice

  • your relationship to wealth

  • your patterns, pace, and capacity

  • and the vision you’re here to bring into the world

Then we design a way forward that is both expansive and sustainable, that’s based on your own unique energetic map, and that makes space for your life.

We don’t make small edits, either. We build towards that full potential self. Which is why this isn’t about fitting into a linear framework. It’s about a growth spiral – and identity shift – so massive you won’t quite believe the shifts you’re living.

For me, this is always about building a body of work — and a life — that can hold you.

This is holistic, full-bodied work with your well-being at the center.

We are in a very distinct moment that requires new ways of being and building.

Ways that are more reciprocal.
More
human.
More c
onnected to the bodies we live in and the lives we actually want to lead.

As existing systems begin to shatter, we have an opportunity — and a responsibility — to build something different.

The people who are most equipped to do this building are often the ones who have never fully fit into the old models: The outsiders. The creatives. The ones who have always felt there must be another way.

I’m one of you, and you’re one of us.

And in this process, I center the values of respect (for your capacity and your wisdom), intentionality (building with clarity and care, not urgency) and play. Because if we’re not having fun, what’s the point?

I’m also a mother of two little gingers, an avid hiker and gardener, and a human being learning — daily — how to move with more liberation and less struggle.

I’m a generator in human design (3/5), an Aries sun and moon, an INFJ, and an enneagram 7.

My own path has been nonlinear, shaped by both growth and deep personal healing across generations. That experience is not separate from my work; it’s foundational to it. Embodied knowledge is the way forward.

If you’re here, there’s a good chance you’re building something that matters already — and you’re ready for a different way to do it.
